Nimble CRM Updates Workflow and Deal Listing Options

We do have a few minor updates to report on Nimble CRM.

All Deals Listing – This is kind of an interesting feature. You can get a listing of all deals in all pipelines, but you also have the ability to filter certain fields in that list. I think that these may be the search capabilities that we have been waiting on or at least a part of those. Read about the deals listing here.

Additional Workflow and Pipeline Lists – Workflows and Pipelines are similar in that you can see them in either a board or a list format. Now, within the list format, you have additional options. For workflows you can show all, successful exits, or unsuccessful exits. For pipelines it is all, won, or lost. Read about it here!

Now, for deals we are still waiting on automations and email filtering. I have verified that email filtering is still on the roadmap, but is being delayed a bit while a few other features get rolled out. Automations, and I have to think that they will be similar if not identical to workflow automations, should be out for deals shortly.

I know that automations, and AI, are where the major focus is taking place. Automations will also be coming to messaging. Web forms (think contact forms for your website) are close to being released. I have seen screenshots.

I ran into a new option on the notification page called “Thread Watcher”. What?? It’s gone now so don’t look for it. I inquired and it turns out that it was added a little prematurely. I dug deeper and it will be part of a feature (another automation) where you can be notified if folks have not replied to your email. Sounds like “drip” to me:)
