I have always pointed out that salespeople have very similar characteristics to entrepreneurs—therefore they are, in fact, “entrepreneurs within the enterprise,” or in a word I coined, salespreneurs. In order to create stable commerce and, in fact, society, we need salespreneurs. Why should salespreneurs operate this way?
