After months of negotiations, which are still ongoing, we came to an agreement where we were offered exclusivity for the US Canada & Mexico. Exclusivity means growth and sales quotas. I hope this gives you an idea of where we are heading, and I would like to discuss the sales projections I have with you.

Others, like outside sales, are on the decline. Sales compensation ranges from zero-commission (retail salespeople, for example) to pure commission (your salary is completely determined by performance.) Unlike a closing sales rep, SDRs don’t carry a traditional quota. AEs are held to quotas.
