You’ve heard this one before, but it bears repeating: 2020 was an unprecedented year. View traffic from every angle. To truly maximize the effectiveness of these areas and get them holiday-ready, use tools that enable conversion rate optimization testing such as A/Btesting, heat mapping, click tracking, and visitor recording.
More users landed in November 2020 than my first eight months on the job combined. As a distribution channel, search rarely rewards tone, design, or angle. New ideas justify a test, not a strategy.
