Because especially in more challenging times, we make the mistake of … Settling. Settling: For a VP That Looks Good on Paper But You Know Isn’t Truly Great. We settle when we get tired. We settle when we don’t interview at least 30 candidates for every position. Don’t settle. Not really.

Ultimately, we get to the question, “Is that just the way things are…… ” And we choose not to settle. I see too many organizations and individuals, at all levels, settling. But I struggle with the concept of “settling.” What’s happening, why? That we can and must move forward.
